How to track calories?

 If you want to know more about weight loss or weight gain . I'm sure you've heard the term "tracking your calories".  Step 1 Go to https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html ☝️Click this type your age ,height, weight etc Then you will know your maintenence calories Eg- if your maintenence calories is 2000. If you're cutting go for 1800 calories. If you're bulking go for 2200 calories If you aren't seeing any improvement go for 1600 calories for cutting and 2500 calories for bulking. Hope this helps.
